Me and therapy room
We all live our lives burdened by a halo of troublesome habits and behavioral patterns of which we are unaware, or even when we are aware of them, we find it difficult to break free because of emotional entanglement. My effort has always been to use a scientific approach while working on my own personality issues, so that I can be a person with whom you can form a healthy and therapeutic relationship; together we can observe harmful patterns and, with patience, strive to improve them.
In the short-term focused psychodynamic approach, your therapist invites you, without judgment and with self-compassion, to identify the origins of habitual patterns in the past, to experience the emotions that arise in that process, and to practice healthier ways so that past habits are not repeated unconsciously. Before choosing therapy sessions, it is important to note that the therapeutic process in this approach, because of the intensity of emotional processing and the focus on deep psychological patterns, is not suitable for the pregnancy period, as it may not align with the physical and emotional needs of that time.
