Me and therapy room
My focus in the therapy room is to create a safe space where clients can discuss their concerns openly, without fear of judgment, and gain a deeper understanding of their issues. Since our psychological wounds often stem from interactions with significant people in our lives, my aim in therapy is to offer a different type of interaction. Through the therapist’s safe responses to the client’s experiences and the internalization of these reactions, previous wounds can be addressed, allowing room for growth and change. Another key focus in the therapy room is exploring emotional needs, working toward better responses to these needs, and enhancing the client’s resilience. Ultimately, the goal is for the client to develop a healthier sense of self.
