Me and therapy room
Therapy in my room is not merely a collection of techniques; it is a living experience shaped within a human relationship. Step by step, we learn to look inward with greater clarity, to understand our emotions, regulate our affect, and explore the roots of our childhood experiences in order to engage with life from a deeper perspective.
Through my journey alongside clients, I have witnessed how a specialized, nonjudgmental, and empathic dialogue can become a catalyst for transformation.
My therapeutic approach focuses less on offering ready-made solutions and more on cultivating inner capacity; enhancing tolerance for ambiguity, navigating frustration, and repairing relational patterns. This space is devoted to creating a new way of being—in connection with oneself and with others.
