Me and therapy room
The marital relationship is a unique relationship, signifying the merging of two futures and pasts, including differences in values and worldviews. Couples need to identify their individual needs (their identity) and marital needs to balance these needs and confront external stressors and issues stemming from their personal past as they navigate the life cycle, ensuring a healthy passage.
Healthy couples can see each other’s reality and have a positive philosophy about their relationship. In the therapy room, I try to reveal this specific path to individuals and, through cooperation and empathy, empower couples to safely navigate through the complexities of life with minimal damage (for couples who have experienced infidelity and conflict).
