Me and therapy room
During my bachelor’s studies, my interest turned gradually from the world of bolts and nuts to the world of human souls and minds. As time passed, I felt more interested in the mystery of people’s minds and behaviours. At one point, I made my decision and changed my course and career to enter the world of psychology.
My therapy room is a safe, cozy and facile environment. It allows the clients to look at their inner selves without any fret of being judged. This way, they can understand their injuries and issues layer by layer so that we can try to heal them together. Psychotherapy is like a two-person trip into the mental world of the client. It treats the wounds of the past and solves the problems of today. Understanding emotions and behaviours and ways of regulating them, knowing our relationship patterns with ourselves and others, and learning and modifying our inner beliefs are the expected results of psychotherapy.
