The therapy room, for me, is a safe and dynamic space where, with empathy, attentiveness, and acceptance, I accompany clients on a gradual journey inward—a journey to uncover the hidden layers of emotions and deeply ingrained patterns that have shaped their decisions and relationships for years. Within this space, while maintaining professional boundaries, I cultivate an authentic therapeutic relationship, allowing individuals to express their wounded and angry parts without fear. This enables them to take steps toward self-awareness, inner liberation, and the reconstruction of healthy relationships.
