Me and therapy room
The therapy room is a journey into parts of ourselves where we have not yet stepped, doors that have remained closed until now, and basements we can enter only in the presence of another. Therapy means having a witness who stays with us; not to eliminate the pain, not to rush the healing, but so that our suffering can find meaning and recover its words.
Therapy is an intersubjective space; a place where experiences are seen, given voice and language, and slowly take on a new form. Each therapy session is like an artistic scene; a space that allows creation. My work is not to intervene in the artwork, but to provide a space in which what has long been hidden can reveal itself and rediscover its path.
