Me and therapy room
Life is inevitably accompanied by challenges; at times, we do not know how to move through difficult circumstances. Therapy provides a safe space in which we can look at our emotions, experiences, and patterns with greater clarity and find a more suitable path toward acceptance and change.
Since many of our emotional experiences and difficulties take shape within the context of relationships, a deeper understanding of ourselves and others can play an important role in this process.
The mentalization‑based approach (MBT) focuses precisely on strengthening this capacity, especially under conditions of stress and heightened emotion. This process helps us observe thoughts, feelings, and motivations with curiosity and without judgment, and to build safer and more satisfying relationships with ourselves and with others.
