Me and therapy room
The therapy room, to me, is a space where professional expertise, contemporary psychological insight, and human experience converge.
It is a sanctuary where the voice of suffering is not only heard but given meaning; the very suffering that has led the client to the chair across from me, seeking to explore the inner terrain of their pain in shared presence.
This conscious and compassionate journey becomes the key to understanding and untangling repetitive patterns, unresolved conflicts, and diffuse emotional distress. These often manifest as anxiety, a sense of inefficacy, interpersonal difficulties, or a pervasive feeling of dissatisfaction.
My therapy room offers a calm and profound space for dialogue and the expression of the unspoken.
It is an invitation to encounter the authentic self, to dismantle the walls built by suffering, and to discover meaning within lived experience; so that a clearer, more fulfilling impulse for life may emerge.
