Me and therapy room
In my therapy room, the therapeutic process is structured, active, and based on mutual collaboration. Along this path, together we identify and modify the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral patterns that today manifest as anxiety, depression, obsessive–compulsive tendencies, perfectionism, or impaired self‑esteem. In addition to dialogue, we use in‑session and between‑session exercises to change these patterns, and we learn to replace self‑criticism with a compassionate stance toward ourselves; treating ourselves as a good friend would. This approach is suitable for individuals who are willing to participate actively in sessions, complete between‑session practices, share responsibility for change alongside the therapist, and experience transformation gradually.
