Me and therapy room
For me, the therapy room is a space where individuals are embraced with all their suffering, hopes, and complexities. My clients can express the emotions they have carried for years—fearlessly and without judgment. My journey began in medicine, but through migration and studies in psychotherapy, I came to understand that certain wounds are not rooted in the body but in the depths of the human psyche.
In my practice, I integrate trauma-informed approaches, deep dialogue, somatic awareness, and the lived experience of navigating between two cultures. Additionally, I draw upon philosophy and literature as sources for meaning-making in human suffering. I believe that every wound holds the potential for healing—if met with a compassionate and nonjudgmental presence.
