Me and therapy room
The therapy room, with all its framework, is meant to be the safest space possible for the client, where they can express whatever is on their mind, whether consciously or unconsciously, without censorship or fear. Our tool in analytical psychotherapy is the word. The client communicates with the therapist freely, using any language they wish, and here, my role as the therapist acts like a mirror. Here, I actively listen to the client. I hear them and what they have been through, and based on the psychological connection and analytical tools, I accompany them in the darkness of their mind. Together, we shine a light so that the truths become clear for the client, allowing them to see themselves as they are, and then as they wish to be.
