Me and therapy room
In the approach of analytical psychotherapy (psychodynamic psychotherapy) with the mentality that conflicts, suppressed emotions and unconscious processes play a significant role in the formation of our behaviors, decisions and interpersonal relationships, I try to identify these repeating patterns in a safe and non-judgmental environment. and alongside develop a new approach to problem management.
Based on our nature, initial life traumas, and the environment in which we grew up, we all have different experiences of the surrounding world. The therapy room provides a suitable setting for becoming aware of our role in problems.
Therapy is about knowing ourselves, and this knowledge, although painful, is a factor for growth.
