My therapy room is a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can freely express their emotions and concerns. I believe that every individual possesses inner resources for growth and change, and my role is to accompany and support them in discovering these strengths. In therapy sessions, I value genuine and empathic interaction, allowing clients to gradually gain deeper self-understanding and insight into their issues.
