Me and therapy room
Throughout the years of my work in the field of psychotherapy, I have consistently sought to ensure that my therapy room is a safe, non-judgmental space, a place for the presence of individuals with diverse identities, differences, and orientations. My aim is to create a context in which clients can arrive at a clearer and more conscious understanding of themselves and their relationships, and develop greater agency in their intrapersonal and interpersonal experiences.
I view the therapy room as a space for pause, reflection, and reconstruction; a place where individuals can hear their authentic voice and, through greater acceptance, insight, and awareness, continue along their life path.
