Me and therapy room
For me, the therapy room is a place where an individual or a couple enters with courage and hope; courage that is essential for facing emotions, relationships, and the difficult parts of life. This very step creates an opportunity to look more closely at relational patterns and to deepen our understanding of them, so that we may better recognize the aspects that have led to repeated suffering.
Within a safe and non‑judgmental space, we can approach these parts and find a way to move through them; a path that gradually leads to greater clarity, deeper calm, and healthier relationships, both with oneself and with others.
