In my therapeutic work with the ISTDP approach, I believe that many of our sufferings and unhealthy patterns are formed within relationships, and they are also healed within a safe and genuine relationship. In a space of companionship, honesty, and non-judgment, together we turn toward the suppressed emotions, inner conflicts, and defenses that for years have prevented the experience of peace and intimacy. My aim is that, within this therapeutic relationship, you will be able to confront your deepest feelings, expand your emotional capacity, and create a new path for being with yourself and with others.
