Me and therapy room
For me, psychotherapy is like a two-person journey into the client’s mental world. A world that has known and mostly unknown parts that contain patterns; There are different beliefs and emotions that have affected his life. This journey is unique for anyone who can experience it moment by moment with their therapist. A new experience in which fear and anxiety; separation and union; Enthusiasm and challenge and finally a new vision and change. In the process of this journey, the client narrates his mental world to the therapist and reconstructs it with his help. I am ready to travel with anyone who wants to experience a curious and creative journey; I have. A journey that I have experienced myself.
