Psychoanalysis is a space where the client is heard without judgment—a safe haven where they can speak of their fears, sorrows, the light and shadow of their life, their sensory experiences, and the thoughts that drift through the dark chambers of their mind. As a psychoanalyst, I listen actively, attune to their suffering, and follow the thread of their speech, accompanying them through the depths of their unconscious. In this journey, they begin to see what was unseen, feel what emerges, and shape what their true self longs to become.
