Psychotherapy for me is a journey into the unique land of personal unknowns. The treatment room is a safe place to explore these unknowns. A place where conscious and unconscious thoughts and feelings find a place to emerge. A place where the tangled coil of the mind is slowly unraveled to be rewoven with new opportunity and awareness.
By increasing self-awareness and insight into feelings and behavior, psychotherapy will help to resolve unconscious conflicts, improve interpersonal relationships and communication patterns, and ultimately lead to psychological growth in this exciting journey.
