Me and therapy room
When I work in the role of a child therapist, I emphasize creating a safe and welcoming space where the child can express their emotions through play and imagination.
In the role of an adolescent therapist, my primary focus is on providing a calm and trusting environment where the adolescent can put their concerns and emotions into words.
Typically, sessions with parents will also be held to explore their communication and address patterns of interaction, with the aim of making the parent-child relationship safer and deeper.
As an adult therapist, I accompany my clients in recognizing the emotional roots of their concerns, re-examining their relationships, and building a more adaptive path in life.
