Me and therapy room
From my perspective, what is perceived in the therapy room is not only shortcomings but also all the forgotten competencies that have been gathering dust in a corner of the mind for years. The therapy room provides a space for human connection and facilitates personal growth. Authenticity in the therapeutic process and creating a safe space for the client is the beginning of understanding how our thinking affects the way we feel and behave. In fact, psychotherapy is a form of deep learning.
