Me and therapy room
The main goal in therapy is to help the person gradually remember his forgotten or neglected experiences. These experiences are parts of a person’s existence that are far from communication with themselves and others.
In this process, the client gets to know himself better and understand who he is and what he wants to become. By remembering these forgotten experiences, he experiences life in a more human way. Can establish a deeper connection with oneself and others,
he will be less afraid of the things he used to ignore, and ultimately, he will feel more free and autonomous and live a more meaningful life.
