Me and therapy room
In the treatment room, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment so that clients, aware of their dysfunctional cycles and behavioral patterns, realize their inner abilities and play an active role in their recovery. I help clients learn new coping skills, strengthen self-acceptance and self-respect, and take responsibility for their decisions and actions.
The effort is for clients to rebuild their self-esteem and sense of worth by accepting their shortcomings and move towards improvement and success with more confident steps. My ultimate goal is to help them build fulfilling and sustainable lives where they use their inner abilities to overcome challenges.
