Treatment is a path that the client and the therapist take side by side, with the help of each other, and reaching the destination is possible only with the continuous and regular efforts of both people. In these years, I learned how to be a listener in this process, to help clients to look at themselves from the outside and try to always better understand what is happening inside others, to the needs behind their behaviors. Pay attention to yourself and others, have a more realistic view of yourself and by recognizing conflicts and trying to solve them, you can create a healthier relationship with yourself and others. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space to resolve inner conflicts.
