Me and therapy room
The therapy room is a space for exploration and transformation. It is a place where you can journey into the deepest layers of your mind and psyche. In this space, you are invited to freely and without fear of judgment or the expectations of the outside world, look within yourself. You have the opportunity to express your deepest thoughts and feelings and, with the help of the therapist, discover and analyze your behavioral and thought patterns, gaining access to the unconscious layers of your mind. You will understand the connections between past experiences and your current behaviors, and engage in inner exploration using techniques such as free association. Identify ineffective patterns, work to change them, and gradually, with this self-awareness, experience a different way of living.
