Me and therapy room
My belief is summarized in a sentence from the great philosopher Nietzsche: “An unexamined life is not worth living”.
During the immigration process and its challenges, I confronted aspects of my existence that were wounded and in need of care; this was the beginning of my professional journey.
In the therapy room, I provide a very safe and judgment-free environment for my clients so I will be a mirror for their existence and the wounded and suppressed parts of them. With mutual assistance in the therapy room, we identify defence mechanisms and beliefs that were once effective but are now ineffective and causing psychological disturbances, replacing them with healthier patterns.
