As a child and adolescent psychotherapist, I believe that early life experiences can have a profound effect on a young person’s mental and emotional health. Therapy provides a safe and loving environment where children and adolescents can freely express their feelings, face challenges, and gain the tools they need to grow and thrive. Working collaboratively with the child and family, my goal is to create lasting and meaningful change that helps each young person reach their highest potential.
