Me and therapy room
I see psychotherapy as a process that allows my clients to talk in a safe environment about the issues and experiments that they may never have had the opportunity to talk about or even think about. This is the beginning of a journey without a map into the unknown area of unconsciousness.
I, as a psychoanalyst, knowing that each individual has a unique journey, don’t give pre-prepared solutions for specific problems. I don’t consider myself someone who “knows more than you” and tells you what is better to do. Instead, I help you as a fellow traveler in your therapeutic journey to think about what you are challenging with, discover their unconscious meaning, and find out how you’ve reached where you are now. Eventually, we will be able to find your unique solutions. Therefore, I hope to help empower you.
