Me and therapy room
The therapy room, for me, is a place for pausing and cultivating curiosity; a space where we can look more closely at and develop a deeper understanding of what is unfolding in your mind, emotions, and relationships.
Here, you are not expected to be judged or to always be strong and perfect. You can show up with your doubts, contradictions, and those parts of yourself that may be difficult to understand.
Sometimes, change begins when we are able to see ourselves a little more clearly.
