Me and therapy room
For me, the therapy room is a space where one is given the opportunity to see oneself without censorship or judgment.
This is not a place where anyone is expected to be “right” or “wrong”; it is a place to be honest.
I believe that every therapeutic relationship is a shared path, where two people sit together and, with kindness and curiosity, look at your experiences: experiences that may be wounded, filled with hope, or left unfinished.
In this room, life does not set the pace; we move in tune with your inner rhythm.
Our goal is not change imposed by force, but rather understanding, meaning-making, and reclaiming your ability to move forward in life.
It is about rebuilding a relationship with yourself, one that is alive, authentic, and safe.
This is the starting point of returning to the self.
