Me and therapy room
Freud believed that “Psychotherapy is a healing route through love.” Therefore, I hold the view that psychotherapy is a journey through the complexities of the mind, where love is not just a passing emotion, but a foundational and healing force. It is where a safe and honest relationship between therapist and client becomes a bridge to cross over past traumas and wounds.
The therapy room is meant to provide a safe, empathetic, and dynamic space where the client can access the unconscious parts of the mind with the therapist’s help. Together, we will actively and collaboratively uncover recurring behavioral and emotional patterns; patterns that usually stem from early relationships and past experiences and hinder growth, intimacy, and the zest for life.
I will be alongside you in an empathetic space, focusing on emotional experiences, to help you feel the emotions that were once avoided, and to lay down the heavy burden of inner psychological tensions.
