Me and therapy room
People often seek our help with a problem, but more often than not, these issues are more complex than they appear and are rooted in deeper layers related to our past experiences. In my view, psychotherapy is a journey of self-discovery that allows us to explore these unknown layers. We embark on a journey within our minds, guided by our thoughts and feelings, as we strive to revisit them and uncover patterns that we unknowingly repeat. This journey is not always easy, as healing is often accompanied by pain, suffering, and loss. However, growth begins with difficulty, and change often comes with loss.
While our treatment is primarily based on analytical psychotherapy, we also incorporate various therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral techniques, problem-solving, and mindfulness, depending on your needs. We do not limit ourselves to one approach. Our ultimate goal is to create a safe therapeutic environment that promotes mental health and personal growth.
