Me and therapy room
In the therapy room, I try to consider all aspects of the client’s life, not just a symptom, by employing dynamic thinking. Using therapeutic skills, I aim to create awareness in clients about repetitive and harmful patterns in their lives. In a safe therapeutic environment, with empathy and support, I try to modify destructive behaviours and replace them with healthier, more mature ones that lead to personal growth.
