Me and therapy room
The therapy room, for me, is a space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors on a deeper level without fear of judgment. In this space, using a cognitive-behavioral approach, I help clients identify unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, replace them with healthier and more effective strategies, and achieve greater self-awareness. We work as a team: the client is the expert in their own life, and I play the role of a guide in identifying and changing maladaptive patterns. This is a space where, with respect for each individual’s uniqueness and specific needs, a safe environment for change and growth is provided.
I also draw on a systemic approach, recognizing that individuals live within and interact with various systems (work environment, family, society, etc.). Understanding these interactions helps clients make positive changes across different areas of their lives.
