Me and therapy room
For me, the therapy room is first and foremost a safe space, providing the right environment for understanding, empathy, and building a healing relationship. While my primary commitment is to use the most up-to-date knowledge and techniques to achieve the best therapeutic outcomes, none of that will be effective without first establishing a safe and healthy therapeutic relationship. As a trained therapist, I am dedicated to creating a secure space for clients of all races, sexual orientations, beliefs, and perspectives to experience a healing connection. I commit to using the latest research and evidence-based methods, while avoiding outdated and ineffective techniques.
