Me and therapy room
I see couples therapy as an opportunity to deeply understand and heal the emotions of partners, repairing any wounds from both their relationship and childhood, and helping them experience love in its truest sense—the essence of our humanity and survival. Love alone protects our body and mind from life’s hardships. In our sessions, we work to gain a deep understanding of love, addressing any harmful influences and reinforcing all protective aspects. We mend the deep emotional wounds that drive couples to blame, attack, withdraw, or shut down, helping them to become accessible, responsive, and emotionally engaged with each other so they can truly experience love. Insight, understanding, empathy, forgiveness, and the experience of love are the invaluable outcomes of my couples therapy room.
