A Journey to Healing
I began my professional journey as an engineer, but at 30, I embarked on a deeper quest—to truly find myself. Seeking therapy transformed my life, and by 36, I knew I wanted to be part of the mental health field, offering others the same support and healing that had helped me.
Today, my therapy room is a safe and welcoming space, where individuals can explore their inner world without fear of judgment. I specialize in addressing mental health challenges and anxiety in adolescents and sexual minorities, as well as immigration-related stress and disorders in both adolescents and adults. Through conversation-based approaches and collaborative goal-setting, I help clients navigate parent-child and marital relationship challenges, midlife crises, and the anxieties that accompany them.
Understanding cultural backgrounds, emotional patterns, and personal belief systems is central to my work. Together, we heal past wounds, tackle present struggles, and build resilience for the future—creating a path toward self-discovery and emotional well-being.
