My clients are often facing problems in relationships, mood disorders such as depression, aggression, anxiety, and inefficiency in solving personal and interpersonal issues. I consider the therapy sessions as a path where I walk with the clients to recognize the foggy and less demonstrated parts of their lives. Often maladaptive, incompatible and repeated solutions are found through this path, which the clients use to face and solve these dark parts. Eventually, we try to reform these repetitious patterns, releasing the unconscious desire to force the client to repeat the experiences and to build a structure as well as a “self” that is not in the grip of childhood experiences.
