Me and therapy room
I believe that psychotherapy and counseling can not only increase our awareness of ourselves and the world around us but also help improve the quality of life for clients. The therapy room is a space where you may sometimes face pain and struggle, but often leave with a sense of relief. Throughout my years of experience, I’ve aimed to help clients better understand their inner and interpersonal worlds, and to teach them skills that lead to more success and, more importantly, a better sense of self.
