Me and therapy room
In the therapy room, I don’t just see and hear people; I feel them in my heart. I know how warm or cold they are, how hard or comfortable, whether they are genuinely happy or just pretending…
Psychotherapy is not a pill that must be swallowed to feel better; it is a complex process of authentic and unique interactions between the therapist and the client, built on free will and responsibility.
Over a decade of experience in psychotherapy and working with thousands of people has taught me to consider the client the centerpiece of the therapy room. I believe they cannot be forced into a single therapeutic approach.
Therefore, I am here, eager to help individuals not feel alone when facing the harsh realities of life.
